Creating Seamless Global Pathways: Veranda and SNVA Form New Education Entity

Chennai: Veranda Learning Solutions, a listed enterprise offering end-to-end education solutions, has approved the divestment of its entire Vocational segment comprising Brain4ce Education Solutions (Edureka), Veranda Management Learning Solutions (Veranda Higher Ed) and Six Phrase to SNVA EduTech Limited (SNVA), a global education and skilling enterprise with its learners in over 60 countries for a consideration other than cash, subject to shareholders’ approval.

SNVA EduTech will issue shares to Veranda and its subsidiary, giving them a joint 50% stake in SNVA Edutech Limited. This move is a big leap under the Veranda 2.0 strategy, aimed at sharpening business focus, accelerating growth and delivering long-term shareholder value. The partnership creates a global education platform that integrates skilling, vocational, and higher education across India, the USA, UK, France, Italy, Malta, Switzerland, and Singapore—bringing together Veranda’s strong domestic presence with SNVA EduTech’s international network.

Founded in 2009, SNVA EduTech is a leading global education and skilling enterprise with a robust presence in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Through its flagship brands, Careerera and Euro American Education, which operate multiple universities and institutes across the US and Europe, SNVA EduTech offers degree programs and professional certifications in fields such as Business, Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI, and more. With partnerships spanning numerous universities and colleges, SNVA EduTech has trained over 15 lakh learners worldwide.

• Robust Growth Outlook: The entity is expected to deliver revenue over 250 crores in FY 26 and growing steadily at CAGR of 25% over the next 4 to 5 years, with EBITDA expected to increase over 60 crores in FY 26 at CAGR of 35% over the same period

• Public Listing Plans: The entity will look to a public listing at appropriate time in near future to unlock value for all stakeholders.
