Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Allotment Committee at their meeting held on 26 August, 2023 has allotted 75,78,743 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 187 /- each by way of Preferential Issue for Consideration other than Cash.
