In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 23.09.2023 has approved the grant of 6,51,400 (Six Lakhs Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred) Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries under the Veranda Learning Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2022.
