We refer to our earlier intimation dated 22[nd] May, 2023 & 21[st] July 2023 (the “Earlier Intimation”) regarding the acquisitions of target companies (the “Target Companies”) by a subsidiary of the Company, namely, Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions Private Limited (“VALSPL”). In Continuation of such intimation, We wish to inform you that, VALSPL has Completed II tranche of acquisitions of Equity Shares of Target Companies for consideration in cash .
The details of acquisition of shares of Target Companies for consideration in cash are specified in the attached table as Annexure- A .
