Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) read Schedule III thereof, we wish to inform you that the management of the Company has scheduled an Analyst / Institutional Investor Meeting to discuss on the demerger of Commerce Education Business into the Resulting Company.
The meet is being organized by Go India Advisors and will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. IST via Video Conferencing (“VC”).
This Investor meet has emanated from the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company taken at its meeting, today (i.e. September 11, 2025) approving the proposed Composite Scheme of Arrangement and accordingly the meeting is being scheduled at a shorter notice.
We further confirm that the said Investor meet is not preceded or succeeded by any one-to-one meetings.
The above schedule is indicative and is subject to changes necessitated by any unforeseen developments.
The Company will be referring to publicly available documents for discussions during interaction in the meeting and no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is intended to be discussed during the interaction.
The presentation, if any, prepared by the company, shall be disclosed with the stock exchanges prior to the beginning of the investor meeting.
