Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Company at their Meeting held today i.e., on Monday, 5[th] day of May 2025, inter alia has considered and approved the following.

1. the resignation letter received from Ms. Saradha Govindarajan, from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business on May 05, 2025. The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by her during her tenure.

Ms. Saradha Govindarajan, Chief Financial Officer has confirmed that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than those provided in the resignation letter.

1. the promotion and appointment of Mr. Saurani Pathan Mohasin Khan, as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from May 06,2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, following are the contact details of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, who have been severally authorized for the purpose of determining materiality of events and information as per the Company Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events/ Information and to make necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
