As part of the internal organisational rearrangement process, Mr. Rajesh PankajChief Programme Officer and Mr. Pravin Menon- Chief Marketing Officer, who are currently SMPs, have been transferred to the subsidiary Companies namely Veranda K-12 Learning Solutions Private Limited and Veranda Race Learning Solutions Private Limited, respectively. They will continue to work for the company and its other subsidiary companies.

The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, with respect to the above-mentioned items are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure I
