Mr. M Anantharamakrishnan will be superannuating as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, i.e., 7[th] August 2024, has approved the appointment of Mr. S. Balasundharam (ACS: 11114) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, from the date of superannuation of Mr. M Anantharamakrishnan i.e 11[th] August 2024.

The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure – 1.
