Subject: Intimation of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.

In terms of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 14[th] day of September, 2022, inter-alia, to consider and evaluate the proposals for fund raising by way of issue of equity shares/ preference shares/ bonds/ debentures/ non-convertible debt instruments/warrants/ any other securities, including through preferential issue on a private placement basis, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof, subject to approval from the shareholders in the Extra ordinary general meeting to be held on 6[th] October 2022 and sanctions/approvals from the other regulatory/ governmental authorities, as may be required.

In compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, will be closed w.e.f. 6[th] September, 2022 and the same shall re-open on -17[th] September, 2022
