लातूर : लातूर तालुक्यातील पाणीटंचाईशी सामना करणाऱ्या १५ हजार लोकवस्तीच्या गंगापूर गावाला पाणीपुरवठा करणाऱ्या पाणी स्रोतालगत मांजरा कारखान्यातील मळीचे टॅकर रिते केल्याने पाणी दुषित होत असुन ते पिण्यास योग्य नाही. त्यामुळे पाणीटंचाईची मोठी समस्या असून संबंधित उद्भवणार कारखान्यावर कारवाई करण्याची मागणी गंगापुरचे सरपंच बाबू खंदाडे यांनी जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांकडे केली आहे. गंगापुरचे सरपंच बाबू खंदाडे यांनी जिल्हाधिकारी पृथ्वीराज बी. पी. व प्रदुषण नियंत्रण मंडळाकडे तक्रारीत असे म्हटले आहे की, ४ ते ५ फेब्रुवारीदरम्यान गंगापूर शहराला पाणीपुरवठा करणाऱ्या घोल नावाच्या तलावालगत माळरानावर मांजरा कारखान्याचे मळी मिश्रित टॅंकर रिते

राजकीय दबावातून निर्देश लोकप्रतिनिधी म्हणून एखाद्या अधिकाऱ्याला प्रतिनियुक्तीवर पाठवण्याची मागणी करणे चुकीचे कसे असे सांगत प्रकरण न्यायप्रविष्ट असताना जिल्हाधिकारी राहुल रेखावार यांनी अपात्रबाबतचे निर्देश देणे हे राजकीय दबावापोटी करण्यात आले आहे. या प्रकरणी आपणही न्यायालयात दाद मागणार आहे.

नगराध्यक्षांनी नियमबाह्य पद्धतीने सतीश दंडे या उपअभियंत्यांना प्रतिनियक्तीवर घेतल्याप्रकरणी याचिका दाखल केली होती. न्यायालयाच्या निर्देशानसार या प्रकरणात तत्कालीन जिल्हाधिकारी राहल रेखावार यांनी सुनावणी घेतली. त्यात नगरपालिकेत उपअभियंता पद रिक्त नसतानाही इतर ठिकाणी कार्यरत असलेल्या उपअभियंत्याला अतिरिक्त

पदभार देण्यात आला. यासाठी नगराध्यक्ष, मुख्याधिकारी आणि औरंगाबादचे मुख्य अभियंता यांनी अधिकार नसताना प्रतिनियक्ती दिली २७ जुन २०१९ रोजीचे पालिकेतील जावक क्रमांकातील पत्र जुळले नाही नगराध्यक्ष व मुख्याधिकाऱ्यांनी याबाबतच्या पत्रावरील सह्या मान्य केल्या. मात्र, ते उपलब्ध करून दिले नाही. त्यामुळे अधिकार नसताना उपअभियंत्याची प्रतिनियुक्ती केल्याप्रकरणी ठपका ठेवून नगराध्यक्ष डॉ. भारतभूषण क्षीरसागर यांच्याविरुद्ध अपात्रतेची कारवाई करावी आणि नगरपालिका प्रशासन अधिकारी मिलिंद सावंत व तत्कालीन प्रादेशिक मुख्य अभियंता यांच्याविरोधात शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई करावी, असे निर्देश जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी दिले आहेत. पंचवीस वर्षांपूर्वी डॉ. भारतभूषण क्षीरसागर यांना नगराध्यक्ष पदावरून सहा वर्षांसाठी अपात्र होण्याच्या कारवाईला सामोरे जावे लागले होते.

नांदेड जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बँकेच्या निवडणुकीत बँकेचे विद्यमान संचालक व भाजप खासदार प्रताप पाटील चिखलीकर यांच्या मतदार यादीतील नावाला घेण्यात आलेला आक्षेप संबंधित अधिका? न्यांनी मान्य केला होता. त्यामुळे खासदार चिखलीकर निवडणुकीतून बाद झाले होते; परंतु त्याविरुद्ध त्यांनी खंडपीठात दाद मागितल्यानंतर न्यायालयाने त्यांचे नाव मतदारयादीत समाविष्ट करण्याचा आदेश सोमवारी दिला. त्यानुसार चिखलीकरांचे नाव मतदारयादीत समाविष्ट केले जाणार असल्याचे

बीड जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बँकेच्या निवडणुकीसाठी मतदारयादी अंतिम झाली आहे न्यायालयाच्या निकालानंतर निवडणूक प्रक्रिया पुढे घेऊन जाण्याचा मार्ग खुला झाला असून सविस्तर निवडणूक कार्यक्रम लवकरच प्रसिद्ध केला जाईल.

Notes

a) The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 9" February, 2021. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a limited review of these financial results.

b) The Consolidated financial results include results of the Company's subsidiaries in Italy and Germany.

c) The Company had announced on 15" October, 2020, a Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) for all eligible permanent workmen at one of its plants located in Aurangabad. In this regard, the Company has accepted separation of 86 employees and the separation cost of ₹ 112.25 million associated with the VSS is disclosed as an exceptional item for the period and quarter ended 31" December, 2020.
