NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Novatek has held the Board Meeting and decided to hold the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 29, 2026.

As a result, the Company has declared that the bonds exchange will be closed during the period between March 31, 2026 and May 29, 2026.
