Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 220,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The Block listings is for 220,000 shares under The Unite Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00a.m. on 16 October 2020.
