ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 42,328 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading.

It is expected admission will be granted on 13 December 2013 and trading will commence 16 December 2013.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
