ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 55,235 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading.

It is expected admission will be granted on 31 October 2013 and trading will commence 1 November 2013.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options in The UNITE Group plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme (55,235 shares).

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
