ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 24,068 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading.

It is expected admission will be granted on 24 October 2013 and trading will commence 25 October 2013.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options as follows:

The UNITE Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (3,790 shares);

The UNITE Group plc Approved Option Share Scheme (9,889 shares); and

The UNITE Group plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme (10,389 shares).

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
