THIS REPLACES THE ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED ON 25 MARCH 2013

ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 4,097 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 27 March 2013 and trading will commence 28 March 2013.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options under The UNITE Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
