ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 44,026 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 20 March 2013 and trading will commence 21 March 2013.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options as follows:

The UNITE Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (2,458 shares);

The UNITE Group plc Approved Option Share Scheme (5,260 shares); and

The UNITE Group plc Unapproved Option Share Scheme (36,308 shares).

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
