The Company announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Richard Akers, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed to the board of Redrow plc (Redrow) as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate on 1 June 2021 and will assume the role of Chairman of Redrow on 15 September 2021.
