Directorate change: Additional directorship

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, The UNITE Group plc announces that it has been notified that Phil White, Chairman, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Vp plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 15 April 2013. Phil White continues as Chairman of The UNITE Group plc.
