نحيطكم علماً بأن مجلس إدارة تعاونية الإتحاد قد عقد اجتماعه في يوم الاثنين الموافق 25 نوفمبر 2024 في تمام الساعه 04:00 مساءً كما تم الإفصاح عنه مسبقاً.

وافق المجلس على تعيين شــركة التميمي ومشــاركوه للعمل على دراســة تحول التعاونية إلى شــركة مســاهمة عامة لعرضــها على السلطة المختصة والجمعية العمومية بعدها.

As previously disclosed, Union Coop Board of Directors held their meeting on Monday 25th November, 2024 at 04:00 pm.

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Al Tamimi & Co to conduct the transformation of Union Coop into a PJSC study, which then to be presented to the relevant authorities and the General Assembly.
