Unicredit — Share Issue/Capital Change 2023

UniCredit announces that the cancellation of No. 156,114,828 treasury shares was ordered today, without reduction of the share capital, pursuant to the resolution passed by the Shareholders' Meeting on 31 March 2023.

The Bank's share capital, which amounts to 21,277,874,388.48, is now composed of 1,784,663,080 shares with no nominal value.

The resolution to cancel treasury shares has been registered today with the Company Register.

In line with the same shareholders' resolution, paragraph 1 of clause 5 of the Articles of Association was amended, and this will be published once registered in the Company Register.
