Unicredit — M&A Activity 2022

Following the communication of November 8th, 2021, UniCredit S.p.A. announces that it has completed the sale of its stake corresponding to 18% of the issued share capital of Yap ve Kredi Bankas A.Ş. (YKB) to Koc Holding A.S.

The closing of the transaction is expected to have a mid-high single digit positive impact on the UniCredit consolidated CET1 ratio, in the 2nd quarter 2022.

Following the completion of such transaction, UniCredit S.p.A. ceased to be a shareholder of YKB.
