Unicredit — M&A Activity 2022

In relation to the merger by absorption of Crivelli S.r.l. into UniCredit S.p.A., the resolution taken by the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. on 20 September 2022, resolving on the approval of the above transaction pursuant to Articles 2502 and 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and article 23.3 of the Articles of Association, has been made available to the public today pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 (Regolamento Emittenti).
