Unicredit — Capital/Financing Update 2022

The Rating Agency Moody's has aligned UniCredit SpA's outlook with the Italian sovereign. The Outlook was changed to "negative" (from "stable") following the same rating action for Italy.

The long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and the short-term rating have been affirmed at "Baa1/ P-2".
