Unicredit — Capital/Financing Update 2021

The Rating Agency S_P Global Ratings ("S_P") has changed UniCredit SpA's outlook to positive (from Stable).

The 'BBB' long- and A-2' short-term Issuer Credit Ratings have been affirmed. The instrument ratings have been affirmed as well.
