The Rating Agency Fitch Ratings has changed UniCredit SpA’s ‘Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (‘IDR’) to ‘BBB-‘ (from ‘BBB’), the Short-Term Rating to ‘F3’ (from ‘F2’) and the Viability Rating (i.e. standalone rating) to ‘bbb-’ (from ‘bbb’).
The outlook has been placed at ‘stable’.
UniCredit SpA’s rating is aligned with the Italy sovereign rating at ‘BBB-/stable/F-3’.
SNP, Tier 2 and AT1 ratings have been changed respectively to ‘BB+’ (from ‘BBB-‘), ‘BB’ (from ‘BB+) and to ‘B+‘ (‘BB-‘).
