UniCredit: Moody's upgrades UniCredit SpA's stand-alone rating
The Rating Agency Moody's has upgraded UniCredit SpA's stand-alone rating to 'baa3' (from 'ba1').
With that, the bank's Senior Non-Preferred debt rating and bank's Tier 2 rating have also been upgraded to 'Baa2' (from 'Baa3') and 'Baa3' (from 'Ba1') respectively.
At the same time, Moody's has affirmed the bank's long-term senior debt and deposit rating at 'Baa1/P-2'. UniCredit SpA remains rated two notches above Italian sovereign.
The outlook has been affirmed at stable.

UniCredit: Moody's aumenta il rating stand alone di UniCredit SpA
L'agenzia di rating Moody's ha aumentato il rating stand-alone di UniCredit SpA a 'baa3' (da 'ba1').
Di conseguenza, anche il rating del debito senior Non Preferred e il rating Tier 2 della banca sono stati migliorati rispettivamente a "Baa2" (da "Baa3") e "Baa3" (da "Ba1").
Allo stesso tempo, Moody's ha confermato il debito senior a lungo termine della banca e il rating di deposito a "Baa1 / P-2". UniCredit S.p.A. rimane con un rating di due noches al di sopra del debito sovrano italiano.
L'outlook è stato confermato stabile.
