UniCredit: Fitch aligns UniCredit SpA's ratings with that of the sovereign Italy
The Rating Agency Fitch Ratings has yesterday aligned UniCredit SpA's Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR), with that of the Sovereign Italy at 'BBB' with outlook revised to 'Stable' (from 'Negative'). The Short-term IDR has been affirmed at 'F2'. The Viability (i.e. stand-alone) rating was changed to 'bbb' from 'bbb+'. As a consequence outstanding debt ratings (including Additional Tier 1), have also been lowered.
The outlook is now 'Stable'.

UniCredit: Fitch allinea il rating di UniCredit SpA a quello sovrano dell'Italia
L'agenzia di rating Fitch Ratings ieri ha allineato il rating di lungo termine di UniCredit SpA a quello del debito sovrano italiano, a 'BBB' con outlook rivisto a 'Stabile' (da 'Negativo'). Il rating a breve termine è stato confermato a 'F2'. Il rating individuale (Viability Rating), è stato modificato a 'bbb' da 'bbb+'. Di conseguenza, sono stati rivisti i rating sui titoli di debito in essere, compreso quello dell'Additional Tier 1.
L'outlook è ora 'Stabile'.
