UniCredit: partecipa al TLTRO della BCE per €26,6 Miliardi
UniCredit conferma di aver ottenuto, nell'asta odierna TLTRO della Banca Centrale Europea, l'assegnazione di € 26,6 miliardi a livello di Gruppo, così ripartiti:
- € 18,2 miliardi per UniCredit Spa in Italia (di cui Euro €15,2 miliardi costituiscono il rifinanziamento delle precedenti aste TLTRO)
- € 7,0 miliardi per UniCredit Bank AG e controllate, che rappresenta un nuovo ammontare sottoscritto,
- € 1,4 miliardi per UniCredit Bank Austria AG e le banche della CEE (rifinanziamento di €1,4 miliardi delle precedenti aste TLTRO e rimborso di €1,7 miliardi)
In totale, il Gruppo UniCredit ha aumentato la sottoscrizione tramite aste TLTRO di €8.3 miliardi.
La partecipazione al TLTRO ha lo scopo di supportare i clienti del Gruppo UniCredit.

UniCredit: borrows €26.6b in ECB TLTRO Auction
Further to today's allocation, UniCredit confirms the borrowing via TLTROs ECB of € 26.6 bln at Group level of which:
- € 18.2 bln for UniCredit Spa (of which Euro 15.2bn represents refinancing of the previous TLTRO borrowing),
- € 7.0 bln for UniCredit Bank AG subgroup, representing new borrowing,
- € 1.4 bln for UniCredit Bank Austria AG and CEE entities (refinancing of €1.4bn of previous TLTRO and repayment of €1.7bn)
In total, UniCredit Group increased its TLTROs borrowing by €8.3bn
The participation in the TLTROs is aimed at better supporting UniCredit Group's clients.
