UniCredit: borrows €26.6b in ECB TLTRO Auction

Further to today’s allocation, UniCredit confirms the borrowing via TLTROs ECB of € 26.6 bln at Group level of which:

• € 18.2 bln for UniCredit Spa (of which Euro 15.2bn represents refinancing of the previous TLTRO borrowing),

• € 7.0 bln for UniCredit Bank AG subgroup, representing new borrowing,

• € 1.4 bln for UniCredit Bank Austria AG and CEE entities (refinancing of €1.4bn of previous TLTRO and repayment of €1.7bn)

In total, UniCredit Group increased its TLTROs borrowing by €8.3bn

The participation in the TLTROs is aimed at better supporting UniCredit Group’s clients.
