UniCredit comunica che, in relazione all'argomento al punto 1 all'ordine del giorno ("Integrazione del Collegio Sindacale") dell'Assemblea ordinaria convocata per il 4 dicembre 2017, ha ricevuto in data 13 novembre 2017 dal socio Pierluigi Carollo la sua candidatura quale Sindaco effettivo.
