This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 to inter-alia consider the following:

• a. Approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 and audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2021.

• b. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

As intimated to exchanges on March 31, 2021 , in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has closed on April 1, 2021 and will continue to remain closed for Designated Persons, Directors, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives till the expiry of 48 hrs from the date the said financial results are made public.
