1 The consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20nd May, 2026. The industry auditors have reported an unclassified audit opinion on these consolidated financial results. The above is an extract of the detailed format of the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 filed with the Book Exchange under Regulation 30 of the NSBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, Regulations, 2015. The full format of these financial/benefits are available on the Book Exchange websites (www.boemda.com and www.boemda.com) and on the website of the Company (www.vochandida.com).

2 Effective from 30th April, 2025 (number a tabulation below) has passed to be calculated, of the Company, on account of its sales to "plus Laboratories Limited." For the purpose of consultation, figures of the subsidiary have been transferred upon the alternative tab and no gain of F.I. 580 (www.boemda.com) assigned to the year ended 31st March, 2026 under "Other Income".

3 The Company and its subsidiary Riche Generics Ltd. ("Riche") had received a demand order dated 17th September 2025 from the European Commission 2025 to payment of the and interest aggregating to Euro 18.00 million and the same year fully settled by the Company on 30th October 2025 after adjusting the payments of Euro 2.75 million already made by Riche in investments to EU. In regard to above, the Company had fully accumulated equivalent in-books towards payment of the amounting to Euro 12.00 million towards EU from during year ended 31st March 2026 and the balance amount representing the interest is recorded in year ended 31st March 2026 under established items.
