Ref.: Your mail dated June 10, 2021 seeking clarification on financial results submitted on 29th May, 2021

This is with regards to your mail dated 10th June 2021, seeking clarifications on the results submitted by us on 29th May 2021. Please find our replies as under:

• a. We understand that the note regarding consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2021 being the derived figures between the audited figures for the full financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and the published unaudited figures for the 9 months ended 31st December, 2020 in quick results submitted to the exchange dated 29th May 2021 is not mentioned.

We wish to inform you that, the said note is appearing in the Audit report on consolidated financial results (last para of point 5) under management's responsibility.

We request you to consider the same note (as mentioned in the above para) as Note No. 14 of notes to accounts for consolidated financials.

• b. On 29th May 2021, the date of our Board Meeting, we understand the NSE neaps portal was on maintenance. Upon checking with your office, we were advised to mail the results at takeover@nse.co.in. Accordingly, the mail was sent to the said e-mail id at 2.27p.m. which was within 30 minutes from the closure of the Board Meeting. Please note the Board Meeting concluded at 2:00 p.m. Once the portal resumed normalcy the quick results were uploaded at 20:15 p.m. Enclosed the print shot of the portal and e-mail sent for your ready reference. The compliance was well within the timelines stipulated under the Listing Regulations.

We understand the NSE portal is under maintenance The following message is displayed.

“The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

We are informed that the server maintenance will get over by 3.30 p.m. today however our board meeting concluded at 2 p.m. and we need to disseminate to the exchanges within 30 mts from the conclusion of the meeting.

As advised, we are e-mailing the results on the above email id. We will complete the filing of quick and full results as per the Listing Regulations once the NSE portal resumes normalcy.
