POSTAL BALLOT NOTICE

Members are hereby informed that pursuant to Section 110 and 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act") read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time, approval of the Members is being sought for the following Special Resolution by way of Postal Ballot through only remote e-voting process ("e-voting") Appointment of Mrs. Priti Puri (DIN: 07755966) as a Non-executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of three (3) years w.e.f.
