Sub.: Extension of the exercise period for the options granted and vested under Unichem Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the powers conferred under the duly approved Unichem Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (" Scheme ”) of the Company, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“NRC”) of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. Monday, 4[th] August 2025, have extended the exercise period of the first & second tranche of vested options held by the option holder under the Scheme. Rest of the terms and conditions of the options so granted remain unchanged.
