This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 6, 2023, to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.

As intimated to exchanges on December 30, 2022, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor, and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has closed on January 1, 2023, and will continue to remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons, Insiders, and their Immediate Relatives till the expiry of 48 hrs. from the date the said financial results are made public.
