As intimated to exchanges on December 31, 2020 , in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has closed on January 1, 2021 and will continue to remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives till the expiry of 48 hrs from the date the said financial results are made public.
