- a) Pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Mr. Pradeep Bhandari has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from August I, 2019. Mr. Pradeep Bhandari is a qualified Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate having over 28 years of industrial experience.
- b) Pursuant to Regulation 30 (5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, and consequent to change in the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) the revised contact details of the Key Managerial Personnel for determining materiality of an event or information and its dissemination for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges are as follows:
