Aandelensplitsing Umicore

Umicore's aandeelhouders keurden tijdens Umicore's buitengewone algemene vergadering van 7 september 2017 het voorstel goed om ieder bestaand aandeel te splitsen in twee nieuwe aandelen.

Bijgevolg zal, met ingang van maandag 16 oktober 2017, het kapitaal van Umicore vertegenwoordigd worden door 224.000.000 volgestorte aandelen, zonder nominale waarde, die ieder 1/224.000.000 van het kapitaal vertegenwoordigen, coupon 1 aangehecht. Elk aandeel heeft één stemrecht.

Alleen de nieuwe gesplitste aandelen (ISIN code BE0974320526) zullen vanaf maandag 16 oktober 2017 verhandeld worden op de Gereglementeerde Markt van Euronext Brussel.
