NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102, Part 4.11, the Company hereby gives notice of the following:

• (a) Adam Sung Kim Ltd. has resigned as the Company’s auditor effective April 21, 2021. The board of directors of the Company has determined to appoint Sam S. Mah Inc., Chartered Professional Accountant as the Company’s auditor in place of Adam Sung Kim Ltd. Chartered Professional Accountant (the former auditor) and to propose Sam S. Mah Inc., Chartered Professional Accountant for appointment as the auditor of the Company at its next annual general meeting.

• (b) The former auditor’s resignation was mutually agreed upon by the Company and the former auditor.

• (c) The resignation of the former auditor and the appointment of the successor auditor have been approved by the Company’s board of directors.

• (d) There were no reservations in the former auditor’s report for the audits of the Company’s one most recently completed fiscal year for which an audit report was issued on December 31, 2019.

• (e) There were no reportable events between the Company and the former auditor.

Filed herewith are copies of the letters from the former and successor auditors, respectively.
