En application de l'article 8:6 de l'Arrêté Royal portant exécution du Code des sociétés et associations, UCB SA rend public que suite à des exercices d'options par des membres de son personnel, elle a aliéné des actions UCB hors bourse (OTC) en vue des livraisons de ces actions aux membres du personnel concernés, dans le cadre de la rémunération variable à long terme du groupe UCB, comme suit :
