Harriet Edelman

Harriet Edelman is currently Vice Chairman of Emigrant Bank, the largest privately held bank in the United States. She has responsibility for Finance Operations and Information Technology for New York Private Bank & Trust and its operating bank, Emigrant Bank.

Harriet has been with the bank since 2008 and, prior to that, was employed at Avon Products, Inc., a leading global beauty company with over \$10 billion in annual revenue. Harriet held a number of leadership roles at Avon Products throughout her career, including Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and numerous prior executive positions in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.

Harriet serves as a director of Brinker International, Inc., an owner, operator and franchisor of restaurants, and Ariba, Inc., a provider of supply chain procurement and spend management solutions. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University and the New York Blood Center.

Harriet holds a Bachelor degree from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University
