Completion of Sale of RTLS SmartSpace

Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of the RTLS SmartSpace business (the "Sale") that was announced on 21 November 2018.

From 3 January 2019, it is expected that the shares of the Company will trade under the new name IQGeo Group Plc and the ticker (TIDM) "IQG". The successful sale enables the Company to be a focused and well-funded geospatial software company working globally with telecoms and utilities companies in markets that are expected to increase significantly over the next five years.
