It is announced that the summary report of votes on the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of TXT e-solutions S.p.A held on 13 September 2021 has been made available to the public on the Company's website at www.txtgroup.com in the section "Shareholders' Meeting".
