TXT e-Solutions: completion of the sale of part of the stake in Banca del Fucino
Milan, 15 May 2026
TXT e-solutions S.p.A. ("TXT" or the "Company"), a company listed on the STAR Segment of the Euronext Milan market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today it has completed the sale of part of its stake in Banca del Fucino, for a total consideration of € 7.9 million.
The transaction involved the sale of 3,600,000 shares, acquired in 2021 at a price of € 1.85 per share and sold today at a price of € 2.20 per share.
The consideration for the sale is substantially in line with the carrying value of the investment.
Up to the reporting date, TXT has received dividends of € 0.4 million relating to the shares subject to the transaction. In addition, TXT is entitled to receive a dividend relating to the 2025 financial year.
Following the transaction, TXT holds 4,129,729 shares in Banca del Fucino, recognised in the financial statements at a total carrying value of € 9.5 million.
The Company also announces that discussions are underway regarding the possible sale of the remaining stake.
