Calendar of Corporate events for 2018

In accordance with the provisions of law, TXT e-solutions SpA informs that the calendar of Corporate events for 2017 is defined as follows
| 8 March 2018 | Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.12.2017 |

| 19 April 2018 | Shareholders Meeting to approve the results as at 31.12.2017 |
| 10 May 2018 | Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.03.2018 |
| 2 August 2018 | Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.06.2018 |
| 6 November 2018 | Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.09.2018 |
Any Change to the calendar will be promptly communicated.
