Calendar of Corporate events for 2017

In accordance with the provisions of law, TXT e-solutions SpA informs that the calendar of Corporate events for 2017 is defined as follows

8 March 2017	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.12.2016
21 April 2017	Shareholders Meeting to approve the results as at 31.12.2016
11 May 2017	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.03.2017
3 August 2017	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.06.2017
7 November 2017	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.09.2017

Any Change to the calendar will be promptly communicated.
