RESIGNATION OF AN ALTERNATE AUDITOR
Milan, March 11, 2025 – TXT e-solutions S.p.A. ("TXT" or the "Company"), a company listed on the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that, with a communication received today, Mrs. Nadia Raschetti has resigned, with immediate effect, from her position as alternate statutory auditor of the Company for personal reasons. Mrs. Nadia Raschetti was appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 20, 2023.
The integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors, with the appointment of an alternate statutory auditor to replace Mrs. Nadia Raschetti, who was drawn from the majority list, will take place, in accordance with the law and the bylaws, at the next available Shareholders' Meeting.
