WITHDRAWAL OF RESIGNATION SUBMITTED BY COUNCILLOR FABIENNE ANNE DE-JEAN SCHWALBE

ORDINARY MEETING 22 APRILE 2021

Milan, 30 March 2021 - TXT e-solutions S.p.A. announces that today the Director Fabienne Anne Dejean Schwalbe notified the Company, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, of the revocation of her resignation sent to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors on 22 March 2021.

In light of the above, item no. 7 on the agenda of the shareholders' meeting called for 22 April 2021, as supplemented on 22 March 2021 following the aforementioned resignations, shall not be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
